Our Story - Built to Help USA Businesses Get Paid Faster
QR Invoice Generator started from a simple, everyday frustration we faced as freelancers in the USA: invoicing clients was taking far longer than it should, and getting paid was taking even longer than that.
We spent too many hours formatting invoices in Word and Excel, copy-pasting our Stripe Payment Link and PayPal.me email into emails, and following up with clients who forgot to pay simply because sending money felt like a chore. A client once told us "I would have paid you today, but I couldn't find your payment link."
We built this tool to fix that problem for ourselves first. We wanted an invoice where the client doesn't have to type anything - just scan their iPhone camera and pay with Apple Pay, credit card, PayPal, Cash App, or Zelle. When we saw how fast we started getting paid (from 15 days to 1-2 days), we decided to make it free for every other freelancer and small business in the USA facing the same challenge.

Why QR Invoices with Payment QR Code?
A QR code on an invoice removes the single biggest point of friction in getting paid in the USA: manual data entry and chasing payment links.
