Information the Invoice Tool Does NOT Collect

The invoice generator (business details, client details, line items, amounts, terms, notes, logos, signatures, and your Stripe Payment Link, PayPal.me, Cash App, Zelle, or Venmo link you type or upload) is processed and rendered entirely on your own device. This information is never uploaded to, transmitted to, or stored on our servers. When you close or refresh the page, this data is gone unless you have downloaded or printed your invoice yourself. We have no access to your invoices.

Third-Party Services We Use

To provide certain features, the tool loads a small number of third-party resources:

• Google Fonts — used to load the typefaces shown on this site. Google may log standard technical information such as your IP address when fonts are requested.
• QR Code Generation API — if you use the "Generate Payment QR" feature, the payment link you enter (such as your Stripe Payment Link, PayPal.me link, Cash App $cashtag link, Zelle link, Venmo link, or Swiss CH IBAN for Swiss QR-Bill) is sent to a third-party QR code generation service so that a scannable QR image can be created and shown on your invoice. Avoid entering sensitive information you would not want passed to this service. We recommend only using public payment links.

We may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics (such as Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization) to understand how visitors from the USA and other regions use this website and to improve it. These analytics do not identify you personally and are not linked to any invoice data you create with the tool.
